Duvet Cover Addict

Department: Linens and Stuff

I have a bit of an addiction to Duvet covers. I can't get enough. I find them 100% better than comforters because if you spill something on your comforter you can simply wash the duvet cover OR if you are like me and constantly changing your style mind you can swap them in and out over a plain down comforter.

Target has a bazillion Duvet covers and shams and things LOVE IT

What's Under Your Pants?

Department: Sexy a la Target

Target is very sexy. They have gourmet chocolates, flashy kitchen appliances and now hot lingerie. They call their lingerie section on their site, "boutique". Okay- whatever that means- it's just good to see them advertising some pretty panties!

Here is a peek:

It's a thong!

This is a "skirtini"- did they event that word?

I however prefer to shop the sensible undies dept. at Target

Blogebrity "B" List

Department: Popularity Contest

So when we heard about the site Blogebrity- we wrote them and said "who's bedpost do you have to handcuff yourself to these days to get on Blogebrity?"

The replied with- " You have made the list"! We made the B list!!! Not C! B

Check IT:

I'm a B-list Blogebrity

Now, not sure what we have to do to get on the A list...but I am willing and able. As Melanie Griffith said in Working Girl- "I have a head for business and a bod for sin"

Cheap Imitation or Not

Department: Kids Stuff

This stroller definitely peaked my curiosity only for its stark resemblance to the famed Bugaboo stroller. Target is now selling the Fisher Price Infant to Toddler Stroller, aka Bugaboo copy. But I’m neither a celebrity nor have $800 to blow on the real thing so I’m wondering what the reviews are on this stroller. I only wish there were more color options. I hear they are sold in stores so I’ll need to stop by my local Target store to check it out. As if I need an excuse to go to my beloved Target.

If you have an opinion on this Bugaboo-like stroller from Fisher Price, let us know!

DANG

Department: Gimmie Your Tots

Holy funniest $HIT.

So JW writes in that he "loves our blog"- yada yada who doesn't? :) And then also says that this is the funniest product he has seen in a while and JW gets around- so we hear.

When you open your beloved frosty beverage with this Napoleon Dynamite Bottle Opener it says such catch phrases as, and I quote:

"Tina," "Vote for Pedro," "skills," "chicken talons", "Eat the food Tina...eat the FOOD!", and "How much you wanna bet I can throw a football over them mountains?!" and more.

Online only at $7.99 it's a must have. It's a party maker. No N.D. bottle opener- no party. Now where is the Kipland Dynamite one? "I am pretty much certain that she is my soulmate"

Need It! - Fellow STT Writes In

Department: Help A Fellow STT

UPDATE: Someone wrote in with this response to our dire plea:

"Aren't you lucky...here it is in the target clearance at Amazon

A loyal reader wrote us today that she made the mistake of passing on this Isaac bag and is now regretting it. Help a fellow STT out if you have seen this bag and know where she can get it. Post here in comments or email to slavetotarget@yahooDOTCOM

Thanks!

Comfy- No, Cute Yes

Department: Delicious Shoes

Word on the street is that these shoes are ultra cute but not comfy- could be why T.com suggests purchasing foot petals cushions with them.....

I think they are so cute though! I may give them a whirl anyway. I have been known to do this hence the closet full of shoes that hurt but are fun to look at. Cork is IT for Spring 2006. What do you think ladies? Gents? T employees- any news on these you want to share? What is up with all the men designers for Target? Why don't they get some women in to make the shoes- women who know that comfort and style both matter. Any shoe I have ever bought that was an Isaac or a Mossimo has been quite dreadful to wear unfortunately. Cynthia Rowley is a shoe designer so what's up? Why hasn't she done a shoe line for Target?
