I heart Target.... but is that enough?

Fellow STT writes in that they LOVE Target ( who doesn't?) but not enough to buy this necklace at it's full price of $39.99!!
It's pretty fun you have to admit- she just wishes it was going on sale. Any insiders want to let us know if it is?

That 40 dollars each necklace, long and short. So what's shown is $80 bucks. A bit steep!

Apparently Target has forgotten what their main demographic is. If I had $80 to spend on necklaces, I wouldn't be shopping for my jewelry at Target.
