Toast, the new generation

Department: Not Sure About This One


I don't know what to make of this. I stumbled upon this on T.com- you know how easy it is do stumble upon things....

It's the LG Stainless Steel Combo Microwave/Toaster Oven




The reviews so far seem to be good and so heck- why not? If you have the $140. Be my guest! For those odd folk who microwave their eggs, you have a one stop shop here.

  • I love this. You know why? Because I hate a toaster sitting on the counter. It gets in the way and makes a mess. If they have this in black, I'm buying it.

  • Hey, don't underestimate the beauty of nuking an egg. Ever tried the plastic microwave egg poacher? Fabulous.

    I think what makes a great office item however is the Target's egg toaster. It toasts your english muffin and has an egg poacher built in. (They also have a toaster/coffee maker/griddle which I'm sure is a delightful space saver for the college student.)
