I'm Not The Only One

Department: Another Target Blog


I always knew that I was not the only Target lover, I mean DUH. I just found out about another Target lover blog! www.TargetCulture.com

They tackle serious subjects about my Red Cart Lovin' Hottie such as "why doesn't Target sell Goldfish?" and "what do the bathrooms look like?". I appreciate that they are handling the more serious side and urge you to go check out the blog!

BTW, My Target bathrooms are disgusting with a capital D.

  • As a Target team member,I can assure you that the restrooms are brought to the attention of team members every hour. Wether or not they listen is another story. A little voice comes over our walkies and says, "Restroom check-up alert. Who is responding?" At that point people are supposed to go into the bathrooms and check things out. Then they have to press a button, clearing the call. The happy, yet annoying over time, voice comes back on and says, "restroom check-up complete."
    If these check-ups arent complete we find out about when reports get printed out. We get graded on practically everything.
    Desite this I know that sometimes they can get out of control. I will use the bathrooms at my store, but I won't even consider using the ones at the Target across town. Nasty.

  • I have never been in a Target bathroom that wasn't disgusting. And this includes my beloved 2 story Target in Northgate.

    I too love Target and miss it greatly. I am stuck living in Germany for two years, now one and there are no Targets and nothing like it.
